| I have three outlets on the same breaker. These are normal 110 volt outlets. The first outlet on the circut is correct voltage but the following two outlets are only producing 50 volts each. The wiring is exposed at this time and all looks proper. My testing meter has been tried on other outlets and seems to be working fine. The distance between the first outlet and the other two is 12 feet. Any idea as to what is wrong |

| 50 volts sounds like a phantom voltage on a digital meter. How are you measuring? Check over the cable very carefully for signs of damage.

| Your walls are now open and you can see ALL the cable? What happens when you plug a lamp (incandescent) in? |
| You have a loose connection between the first receptacle and the second. |
| Sounds like a loose connection at either the first dead receptacle or the last working one. |
