I just recieved my kitchen proposal from the contractor and he did not state anything about under cabinet lighting which I forgot to mention that I have now and want again. Is this a big expense? Does anyone know..

Make him redo the contract. There are many variables for lighting mainly where the power for the lights will come from and where the switch(es) will be.
|
It is cheaper to rough in now rather than waiting until he is done with the remodel if that is what you were considering.

It is much easier to do now and will turn out a lot nicer usually and less expensive than doing it down the road.
