I suspect the instructions will give the details you want.

Yep, typically the light has a black and white wire for the power and the ground just gets connected to a provided screw on the fixture. If the instructions don't say explicitly, look for a (usually green) terminal screw thread somewhere in the metal part of the fixture.

These units (I bought only 2 of them for ambient lighting), don't have any screws, or anything to ground too. Is it because the driver itself is in a plastic box?

I must admit, I bought them from either amazon or dx...not sure as i went on a bit of a shopping frenzy. But I did some more research, and noticed non of the "enclosed" led down lights comes with a grounding wire/screw/nut.

If there is no exposed metal, then you are right, there's nothing that needs grounding.
