Fixed one undercabinet lighting fixture and next one not working

I replaced one of my undercabinet lighting fixtures because a new bulb didn't make it work. The new fixture works fine, but now the one to which it is connected no longer works (a new bulb doesn't help). Is this a coincidence and I should just replace the second fixture or is there something else going on? Thanks for your help!
