Wire Size Needed

We are running a new line from main breaker panel on pole to supply power to 2 portable sheds. The first is to be used as a shop, pwr tools, A/C. The second as storage with lights inside possible A/c later. What size wire do we need to use coming off main panel to the panel box for 1st shed(shop). Will be around 200' from main pole to first shed.

You need to figure out how many amps go to each shed first.

It will need to be enough to power an air conditioner plus multiple power tools, air compressor, in first then the second could be air conditioner freezer and possible kiln. Thinking 60 to 100 amp main breaker in shop supply box.

The first shed will need 60 to 100 amp service and the second shed will need at least 50 amp service.

At 200' 100 Amps will take 3/O cooper or 300 aluminum.

Kilns come in many sizes. With any reasonable capacity for pottery, this is likely your biggest load and has to be decided on right out of the gate. Is this single phase or three phase?
