subpanel for detached garage

I'd like to replace the sub-panel in my detached garage. My house was built in the late-60s, and the previous owner had an electrician install a new meter and main panel. However, there is a second garage (built shortly after the house), which is detached and still has the original sub-panel (30-amp, 2-circuit, fuses). I'd like to replace this sub-panel. Can someone recommend a panel to use? The local hardware stores and big box stores have something like this, which is pretty cheap and it seems like it would meet my need (garage has two 20-amp circuits):

Any recommendations, or should I go with this?
