Switch box and new wiring

This is an odd one that I can't quite find an answer on.
Adding a variety of new lights to my house, primarily exterior. Changed boxes from 2-3 gang (plastic) to 4 gang. Switch boxes in each case will have a combination of their original switches, circuits and the new switches, circuits.

Here's the question, the old switches are fed from the main load panel. The new switches from a new sub panel. Main and sub are wired correctly with separate (isolated) ground and neutral buss in sub. No problem there.

In the switch boxes, how best handle the neutrals and grounds there? Connect all grounds together and same for neutrals? Or keep either separate. I think I should tie all grounds, but keep neutrals separate per circuit (panel) they are on. Not sure though, and why I'm here. Thanks, Keith

Ideas ??
