three way switch with timed turn off

I have a two family house with a back stair that provides access to and from a second floor unit, a first floor unit and the cellar as well as access to the exterior (also at the first floor). This stairwell is illuminated by a light at each level (second, first and cellar). These lights are controlled by a three way switch at each level (total of three switches). If all lights are off, they can all be turned on from any level and visa-versa. My goal is to prevent the lights from being left on when the stair is not in use. My questions are as follows. First, do they make a 3 pole switch that can be turned on manually and turns off with a timer having a small set of presets (say 5, 15 or 30 minutes). Second, can I intsall this switch at just one location? Logic tells me "No" but I just thought I would ask. Finally, in the interest of simplicity and price, I would prefer it if no occupancy sensors were involved either for on and off (occupancy switch) or for off only (vacancy switch).

Thanks, John
