I think crazy fits me right now, lol. All this obsessing over details, that, like you said no one else will even care about.;-) I love ORB hardware and fixtures, and I like some ORB faucets too but am fairly particular about the finish on them. I love the stainless finish on the Danze but haven't seen the ORB irl to know if I'd like it as much, so I'm a little nervous to go that route. I'm sure any of it will be fine, and I just need to pick one and move on to the next detail. Thanks for the feedback on my kitchen. I have samples on the way from Knobs4less.com, and I'm hoping I like it as it's very inexpensive. The compressor and condensor fan/motor are accessible by removing a (heavy cardboard) panel at the lower rear if you want to investigate further. Watch for the water line but it should be long enough to provide access without disconnection. There are several screws on the panel. Two or three of the lower ones (should be on cut-out tabs) may not need to be pulled, the panel should swing down on the tabs and lay flat. Be careful not to damage the panel, it's required to be in place during normal operation so airflow is directed properly through the condensor coils. Disconnect the power cord so it doesn't start unexpectedly. Find the fan, spin it manually and jiggle it to check for bearing wear. Since the noise is intermittent, could be the motor mount or fan blade is slightly loose, hitting on the frame when it turns, or maybe some debris is caught in the area. The fan motor is P/N 2188537. I find it at three online sources (there are several others) ranging from $89 to $67 (higher from a repair service, of course + diagnostic, trip & labor). It's reasonably DIY for competent handyman but is a substitution for the original and a bit of wiring modification may be needed (instructions are included). I dont experience any problems. But ive only been here since april and never read anything else then the Roses forum. Always access it thru houzz.com, then going to my notifications. Otherwise i wouldnt find the Roses forum. Someone mentioned gardenweb.com, and im just exploring that page. At least on my computer, i see heaps and heaps of subforums on the left side, in alphabetical order. Edit: gardenweb.com was very convinient but every time i Went to a subforum, for exemple Dahlia subforum, i was redirected to houzz.com without all the subforums visible in alphabetical order.
