| I have been lurking around this forum for a few months now. I love the information that I have been able to pick up here so far. I just wanted to let everyone know that my first annual holiday wine exchange went great. I had asked for suggestions for a good bottle of wine for a gift. I got quite a few good suggestions from the people on this forum. I took a few bottles along to the party to share and then I made belini baskets for my friends. They included a bottle of Prosecco, peach nectar, and a bottle of homemade simple syrup(this made my friends think I worked hard and I got extra points! LOL). I also put 2 wine glasses in each basket. These were a BIG hit! As a matter of fact, I believe all the other bottles were a hit also. Thanks everyone for the great advice and I hope everyone has a great New Year!
