| We are thinking of buying some wine for the holiday season. Since we know litttle about it we wondered how many bottles are in a case. Is this a good idea. Thanks for your help |

| 12 bottles per case, Many times if you buy from a small winery they will let you mix and match a case and give you a small case discount. You can also taste the wines that you are thinking of buying. The small winery that I work at a few days per month sells their wines this way. |
