| Has any every add pectic to a bearl of muscdaina when it is working off like in the 2 to 3 week stage |

| I've never added it that late but I don't think it'll hurt anything to do so. The pectic enzymes at that stage might not give the yeast any boost in fermentation speed but I don't think that the alcohol content of the must at that point would inhibit the action of the enzymes. |
