| Anyone ever tried, or have a recipe for, homemade Italian Plum wine? Our trees are heavy with fruit and seems like a good idea. Have made Blackberry wine with success...just have not yet found a plum wine recipe.

| I've never done an Italian plum wine and I don't seem to find a recipe that is specific for Italian plums. I've done a port style - i.e. very sweet - plum wine that came out pretty good based on an old folk wine recipe ... if you're interested in that let me know and I'll post it. |
