I have case of Cuvee Dom Perignon 1990. I got it as a gift in 1999, Seence my birthday is coming up soon, I thought I should take it out and celebrate with my guests. Is it ok to drink it?

It is listed on the net for 90 bucks a bottle. I imagine your friends will love it! Here's the link I found it on.

Here is a link that might be useful: wine commune

Are you asking if it is OK because it is from 1990 and you think it is "old" or because you think it is still too "young"? If the wine was kept in good storage - in other words not in your garage or in the back of your car for 10 years but in a cool place w/out being moved around a lot, then why not drink it? It should be better than ever.
