Preparing vineyard questions

I am currently preparing an area for grapevines. There are approximately 60 vines being delivered nexxt week. By that time, I will have sod pulled out in 18 inch rows along where the vines are going. I'd like to do more, but there's a limit to my time. I want to add about 5 inches of topsoil and then till it in prior to planting. What else would you do before planting? I'm going to have a drip irrigation setup done as well. Grow tubes are being purchased today. I appreciate any advice! I've done lots of reading online but information is power.

Soil analysis:

pH 7.2
Org Matter 2.0 (whatever that means)
Lime Index 70
P lbs/ac 83
K lbs/ac 207
Ca lbs/ac 2821
Mg lbs/ac 540
Ca sat 74%
Mg sat 23%
K Sat 3%
Ca/Mg 3.1
Mg/K 8.5

RE: Preparing vineyard questions

I wish I could help but I've just started a couple of vines so I don't have a bunch of experience. I'd suggest that you cross post this on the fruits forum since you're getting the vines next week and that forum is more active in terms of responses. Good luck with the vines.
