more great links on all of these sites http://www.winemakermag.com/ If you wan't to Check out the one below on it is a Wine blog on that with all the great Information is a link on the top left hand corner that is called the wine makers Manual with 21 chapters, and very Informative. Also when I first started I read a hole bunch of web sites about wine I Know that saved me a bunch of Hassels, and time, because I didn't waste as much time trying to correct my mistakes.
