Yes, repairman aren't always accurate in their diagnostics, but pretty much all of them are more accurate than a random person on the internet who's been given as little information as you've provided here. If you doubt his conclusion for some reason, just get a second opinion. And as plllog said they don't need to be "authorized" Jenn-Air servicers.

Ice cold vodka in an ice cold shot glass is a joy. I like it in the winter for some reason. I keep a small glass bottle in the freezer marked ANTIFREEZE. It's kind of sweet, almost minty, a little more viscous so it gives an interesting mouth feel, and no harshness at all. I have drunk with Russians who said 1) ice cold 2) down the whole shot, no sipping. I prefer to sip as long as it stays cold. Those guys brought some Russian vodka with a Russian label, the stuff they don't export, and it was delish.

IMO we need a bit of info . 1st what do you need in way of storage like how many bottles for sure. Why do you need custom , there are 100s of beautiful wine racks to be found that are not custom. Are you having a tasting space in the wine cellar. What is your style ?

We do use LED bulbs, I am just concerned about the wiring into electrical box in ceiling. Am I overthinking it? Our plugs in the cellar are damp rated.
