Passion Flower Wine

| Hello, just wondering if anyone has ever made wine from the Passion Flower. I know the fruit/seed pod is edible. Just wanting to see if anyone has tried to make wine from it. |

| Oooo. . .Passion Flower wine sounds absolutely divine!!! I'm Chinese and at Asian supermarkets, they sell passion fruit syrup in these giant jars that you can mix with tea to make passion fruit tea. They also have passion fruit scented sake . . . I don't know if it's just the syrup mixed in with the sake or if it is actually the rice wine fermented and made with the passion fruit. . .but in any case, I'm sure it can be done! The hard thing is probably getting enough passion fruit/flower to trial and error with. . . |
