| Hello, I am a newbie at this and am making my first batch from a juice concentrate kit. I transferred my wine from the primary fermenter to the glass carboy on Monday. This morning I noticed a small bunch of bubbles forming on the top of the juice. It almost is starting to look like a small layer of foam. Is this normal or should I be worried? Thanks! |

| Yes it is normal,,,That is the yeast working. It will continue to work for several days or weeks. I always swirl my carboy around every few days to keep the sediment from building up on the carboy...Helps in cleaning... |
