I've been fortunate in my Walmart purchases I guess, other than maybe they've been a little small. A couple of years ago you might say I got burned. I bought a couple of packs of mixed lilies, unnamed, but the picture showed one that looked like citronella, some trumpets, tigers, orientals & asiatics. I bought 2 pk for about $2.50 ea on clearance, 25 lilies to a pk. When I opened the package it was obvious that all but a couple were asiatics. Turned out I got 4 stargazers total & a mix of white & red asiatics. Not what I was hoping for, but for the price who could be upset. They didn't look like much the 1st year, but last year they were gorgeous.

This is not Walmart, but wanted to share..We have a grocery chain, Giant Eagle, and the prices are very high. They give you a card and with each purchase you get points to use toward gas purchase...This store is busier than others and people really think they are getting a bargain??? They also sell Gift cards for every store you can imagine and if you use their card you get the points. Well, killing those 2 birds, I went in with my list, got my gift cards and got $1.27 off on each gal. of gas. Then to make it even better, I paid with my visa because we also get money back on that..I just thought I was brilliant. I won't shop at this grocery, but I'll get the gift cards there....
