Resources for restoring original wood windows

Posted by cfrizzle (My Page) on

I'm having trouble finding information on the different processes to restore old wood windows. How do you get the sashes out? How to you rehang the weights? Where do I source replacement glass? What's the best way to reglaze? How to I reinstall them? How do I weatherstrip? There must be a block on my Google searches not sending me to the right videos/tutorials. Surely there are people out there that diy this and put it on the Internet.
