| I'm considering cellular shades for some of the windows in the home I'm building. All the pictures I've seen of them installed are with white trimmed windows. I was thinking I'd like to stain all the doors/wood in the house instead of paint, but I think the plastic casing of the shades might look bad installed right next to the stained wood.
I've seen a lot of the shades with white roller casing mounted on white trimmed windows and think that looks pretty sharp. I'd appreciate any recommendations! |

| I think the casing your referring to is the top rail. It's usally made of aluim. and is color coordinated with the shade material. I've seen plenty of cellular shades in windows with stained trim and they look beautiful. I think it has more to do with the color you choose to go with your trim. |
