New construction windows with sculptured grilles (or grid)

Hi everyone. We're building a new traditional style home and are looking for window advice. We like the colonial style simulated divided lite grilles (not between the glass) look of wood but are looking for a less expensive option with less maintenance required. Our window schedule calls for about 40 windows - mostly double-hung and casement so value is important. We also need French doors or bi-fold patio doors to match. Does anyone know of a vinyl window with a wood-looking grille? We looked at Milgard Tuscany and Superior but the grilles are flat and fake-looking. We're open to fiberglass as well. Any thoughts on Marvin Integrity vs Milgard Ultra re cost and quality compared with vinyl? We're in Southern California. Thanks so much for any advice.
