AC Selection Advise Needed

I have a 1658 sq ft open concept 1st floor plan and (1) 15X15 room upstairs. We have selected energy saving windows (some covered by the patio)and insulation as we will receive the west/southwest sun and have the reflection off the lake.

Zoning comments are welcome. The units for consideration are:

Carrier 4 ton system, 410 freon Programmable thermostat included, light pad included, 1 year labor warranty, 5 year parts and compressor warranty.
