AC Selection Advise Needed

I have a 1658 sq ft open concept 1st floor plan and (1) 15X15 room upstairs. We have selected energy saving windows (some covered by the patio)and insulation as we will receive the west/southwest sun and have the reflection off the lake.

Zoning comments are welcome. The units for consideration are:
Carrier 4 ton system, 410 freon Programmable thermostat included, light pad included, 1 year labor warranty, 5 year parts and compressor warranty.

Coil# CNPHP4821ATA
Condenser # 24ABB449A003

American Standard R-410 14 SEER SYSTEM (FURNACE M#AUD100R9V5K COIL M#4TXFH004BS3HHA CONDENSER M#4A7A5048E1000A Seer 14.50 EER 12 ari#3450471
Thermostats are Touchscreens and may change from Honeywell to White Rodgers pending on Applications. M# ACONT802AS32DA American Standard OEM Same warranty as other unit. 20 years on heat exchanger.
