I've read nothing but good things about Marvin Integrity. Feedback on the Milgards is less common, though I like the idea of the lifetime warranty.

Here's the big dilemma. While both windows come in black (which I want) only one gives you the option of a black interior (Milgard). Since these are casement/awnings, I'm afraid the windows will look funny when open as there is no white anywhere else on the exterior of the house. So my options are:

Get the Marvins and live with the white (will it look that bad?).

Get the Milgards with the black interior. The problem is these windows are a full 40% more expensive than the Marvins (!!!). 40% for a coat of black paint? Ouch!

Get the Marvins and have a painter paint the interiors black. How expensive would this be? How durable would it be? How would it look? How do they get all the nooks and crannies and around the seals?

In a perfect world, Marvin would offer an interior color choice or Milgard wouldn't be priced so much higher for an equivalent product.
