Answered this yesterday but not sure where my answer went. The logo you are looking at is probably the glass manufacturer. Unfortunately that will usually not help at all in determining the window manufacturer. You would need the window manufacturer in order to get the glass under warranty. That being said 10 years is about the max normally for glass seal failure warranties. So if you were able to find the window manufacturers name, and a warranty was still in effect, they would give you a piece of glass and you would still need to pay to have it installed.

Is it a bay window with flankers (i.e. double hungs).

If so, look on those units.

Thank you for that idea. The flanking windows (double hung) also have the same SB marking on them, in addition to the manufacture date of 6/04.

Pull down or tilt in one of the double hung flanking units. Look for a manufacturers label or serial number there on those units.

that is a great idea. I have been looking at the side windows trying to figure out how to get it out. I will look for instructions on the internet.

May be a shot in the dark, but it kind of looks like the Schield family brands (SB) logo. That includes Weathershield, Visons, Crestline, etc. If it is all vinyl I'd suspect one of the latter two... Not sure if any of those companies ever put such markings on their products.

I will do some research on Shields family brand.

Also, the flanking windows have only one half that goes up and down. So I don't believe they are double hung. I am researching how to remove the sliding window.
