getting window glaze to accept paint

the glaze has been on for almost 3 weeks while the window sits inside my house

but the paint still doesnt want to stick to it

anything i can do to speed up this process???

What are you calling "glaze", please explain.

If you are referring to caulk used to seal glass in, it's possible the caulk will not accept paint. Many types of caulk can't be painted. 100% silicone caulk definitely can't be painted.
