None of those manufacturers (with the exception of Simonton) make even, what most pros would consider, as a decent vinyl window.

The Simonton is serviceable and solidly built but not the prettiest gal at the ball or is it the best performer.

Are you required to get an impact window? That will lessen your available options.

If not, the commonly thought of premium vinyl windows you will hear discussed are Innovations, Soft-Lite Elements, Sunrise Restorations, Okna EnviroStar, Kensington Quantum 2, etc.
