Hello:

I am looking to purchase new windows and saw that Home Depot is have a 15% off sale for window purchases.

I will not have them install the windows but the price seems really low.

Anyone have experiences with purchasing windows from Home Depot?

thanks

Which window?

I have, there okay if you know the product and know what you want and are just looking for a place to purchase. But as far as knowledge of product customer service can be dicey. They are pretty good about returning things though.

They have a lot of experience.

That's about all they are good for in the millwork end of it but remember most millwork is special order and I don't think they will take back special order windows.

I am looking at a Andersen 400 tilt wash window for the house.

I found a site with page after page of customers complaints. Most were product quality problem with no replacement or refunds. Products falling a part after a year or so and no response from the company.
