Basement glass block window

I have a basement glass block window with a vent (it's 4 blocks over 3 with the vent in the middle). One block is cracked and I would like to replace before winter. Can I simply replace one block or is this window one unit? My local Home Depot sells this as an entire unit not individual blocks. This leads me to another question: Where can I purchase individual blocks?

Anything CAN be done, but this should be a full unit replacement. Material vs labor should even out anyway.

The time and money you would spend surgically replacing one block would be better served pulling out the whole unit and replacing it in total.
