| Obviously I have a cracked seal on one of my windows and there is condensation between the glass on the tilt-out portion (lower portion)...the rest of the window (upper portion) is fine. The windows are 10 years old...no idea what make (builder grade). Can I just replace the tilt-out portion of the window, or do I have to replace the whole window itself? Thanks for your input! |

| Tilt the window in and look along the sides of the sash and the frame to see if there is a manufaccturers label anywhere. If you can't find a label, take the sash to a local glass shop and have them measure it for a new piece of glass. |
