We are trying to select casement windows for a new house.

The house is a modern prairie style. We have been looking at Western Windows which are aluminum (dark bronze) and Anderson Windows 100 series that has a fiberglass frame (dark bronze on the outside, white on the inside).

My design struggle is that the Western window frames are rather thick when dealing with operable casement windows. The Anderson frames are thiner but they are white on the inside and we think that this takes away from the modern look of the house.

Suggestions appreciated.
