| Hi all,
The previous owners ripped out the entire window in two locations in the basement. They used them for a fan in the window and to exhaust the dryer. Now we are looking to replace them. They also plexglassed the exterior so you can never open them. Thanks. |

| You will need a completely new window in most cases as the sashes are not readily available unless you know the manufacturer. Just look for a new basement slider and you can order them with an integrated dryer vent. |

| You could have new wood sash made by a shop buy the cost to reproduce the sash would probably cost more than a vinyl replacement basement unit and you would have the issue of it still being wood and needing to be maintained. |
