Help with wondow placement

I am reaching out to folks with some home design/window placement experience. I am building my first home and need some suggestions on what to do. I have attached a front view of a simple traditional/colonial home design. However on the left hand tide of the front door is an L shaped stairwell. I am not sure i can put a full sized window there but that would make the home look "even". I would like to keep the window placement somewhat symmetrical but not sure what to do about placing those windows with a stairwell there. Any ideas?
Also would like to add a little more ornate window to the one about the door and also the one on the garage. Suggestions welcome.....
