Never heard of one, only white. Paint away with a good quality paint SW,BM or the like but not box store paint. What Pella product and have you purchased these already?

You could use composite decking material. A carpenter could mill up some sills and casing for you using the 1x or 2x4 products that match the decking. If you want to match the window color, I'd use Azek pvc mouldings and paint to match. The paint will hold up for many, many years, much longer than on wood.

The composite material qualifies for both needs. The Pella windows are already purchased and vary in types, some are casement, a bay, a bow ... there are about 30 windows in the house.My mind is flooding with architectural details for the carpenter.
