You should call Marvin.

That is a finish failure and will require replacement.

They have demonstrated to be fantastic on warranty service and I suspect this same this time around as well.

I have the same problem. Mine were installed in August 2014. Any update on what they are doing for you?

boydbears50 - My windows have all been repainted by a company Marvin sent out. So far, we've had no further issues. The link that lkbum_gw posted above has more info. Definitely call the company who installed them, and have them open a case with Marvin.

OMG!! 1000 apologies. Sincere apologies. This showed up as a new thread on my GW feed. I see now that boydbears was responding to your year old post asking for follow up. The date was Sept 20 and I did not notice it was 2014. Coincidence that it was almost exactly a year later. Sorry again.
