trimming a window in miratec with vinyl siding?

Can anyone help me? Currently, windows are trimmed in miratec with vinyl channel bordering outside. IT looks awful. Is there a way to trim these in miratec where you do not have to use the vinyl channel or where the outside vinyl channel is more inconspicuous?

I am using an expert-I need to have some ideas-they have already trimmed it and I don't like it-going to meet next week and discuss some options...in our build I am finding that I get limited options from our experts. If I find an idea here, they will do it though, usually saying, "We have never done that, but yes, and i like it."
