Recommendations for low profile sill wedge?

Hi, everyone. So we have to make our crew reinstall all of our windows (and probably the sliders- haven't looked into that yet) because they had no understanding of water management. One thing I want them to integrate when they reinstall is a sill wedge. I don't know how much headroom they left in the RO however. Can anyone suggest something that will create a positive slope but takes up less space than a piece of cedar siding?

When we dont have the vertical RO height for beveled siding, we just plane or grind the slope into the rough framing of the sill. Iam beginning to prefer this method to coordinating proper ROs and adding more wood.

That will work.

Belt sander and a careful hand are probably your best bet at getting a consistent angle and result.
