| Hello,
Someone has offer me to buy a commercial window cleaning biz. in the NY area. I have checked out the route and it is strictly commercial accounts with no ladders needed as they are all storefronts. The route is making $3800 per month. The guy wants $76,000. Is this a fair price? How do I determine what a fair price assuming I can verify the income being generated. Also, I saw a few Window Starting Business kits on the web. I am thinking of buying one and starting my own window cleaning business. Does any one have any suggestions on any good or legitimate one. Is this a good idea? Does anyone know about any of the following;
2. How To Start a Window Cleaning Washing Business CD. I saw this one on ebay. 3. All Washed Up Window Cleaning at WindowCash.com by Dan Johnson and Robert Allen. 4. Steak Free Profits: The Insider's Guide to Growing a Profitable Cleaning Business From Scratch by Tanner Larsson. I really would appreciate any info. or input you can provide this rookie. Have a great day,

| Let's assume for a minute that you are a store owner. You have had the same guy cleaning your windows for 20 years. He's a nice guy, does a good job, always has a nice smile and asks how your wife and kids are. A few years ago, someone smeared something on your windows and you called him and he came right out and cleaned your windows. Now, along comes a new guy who has just started his own business. He has no track record. He might be there a year from now but he might become discouraged and quit, forcing you to call the old guy back. Why would you start doing business with the new guy? |
