Are retail prices for Kolbe windows pretty much set?

I just got a quote for 5 windows for a total of $3700! There is another dealer somewhat in the area (about 80 miles away) that I could try.

Most dealers will all pay approx the same for the product,but what they mark them up can be very different depending on the dealer.But they all know where they need to be to competitive so they should be in the same neighborhood.
