Marvin Double Hung Windows Hard to Operate

We built a cabin 3 years ago and installed Marvin Ultimate Clad double hung windows. I am having an extremely hard time opening and closing the windows - they seem very tight. Some are very large, so I thought that was the reason, but I'm not so sure now. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, have you found a solution? Thanks!

Were they hard from day 1?

Whats the relative humidity in the home/area now?

When (i.e. what time of year) were they installed?

Full frames (i.e. full tear out)?

Is the top of the lower sash flush with the lower rail of the upper sash? ... I have only had trouble with those when they've been installed slightly out of square.

Call the Marvin dealer you bought them from. They should service the product for you.

9/10 times if this happens with a Marvin window it is related to installation. Check the jambs for a bow. I can't tell you how many times I've seen them improperly shimmed which causes this exact problem.
