I have 36yr old wood casement windows, and I have new double pane glass units ready to install. The wood stops will need to be replaced, so I'm wondering what type of replacement wood do I need to get? Regular pine molding and then seal it, or do I need to find an exterior grade molding? I also need to find out what type of caulk or glazing material I should be using. Thanks!

Exterior or interior stop? If exterior, I would look for a synthetic or PVC material if white is what you are going for.

Yes, exterior, but white isn't an option unfortunately... Would you know what type of caulk or glazing material I should use?
