I know that this will sound like a copout, but there are really too many variables to nail that down with seeing the home, knowing the exact sizes and options, etc. You could literally see anywhere from $600 or so up to $1000+ if a full tear out, triple pane krypton, lead paint, woodwork, etc. That is a very broad range for a well-reviewed, established company with a showroom, etc.
There is one such company that is highly recommended in your area, and that is Windows on Washington. High level of quality, service, and integrity. You will see him posting on the forum here regularly.
