Suggestions on how to repair this vinyl window frame?

Our window was hit by a golf ball. Looking for suggestions on how to repair the frame without replacing the whole window.

I was thinking bondo for the inside portion, but the outside portion is very thin, not sure bondo would work.

Thanks for any ideas!

Its not going to happen or at least not going to look good.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but given the location of the damage (both on a detailed edge of the exterior as well as the edge of the screen track), any repair attempts are going to look clunky.

If it were a flat surface or somewhere non-descript, I would advise you to undertake the repair but that is a very tough location. By the time you are done trying to make it look right, your time and money would be better well invested in just trying to replace the window.

Is the window manufacturer still out there where you can get a replacement frame?

There are Polycarbonate plastics or simply Pc plastics available in the market. Measure the size of the broken area. You can buy PC and paste it.

No matter what you do to it the repair will look crappy and unfortunately not hold up that well either. wow's advice is spot on.
