Parts for Pella casement windows circa 1968?

We are remodeling our kitchen and wanted to freshen up our Pella casement windows with new cranks and latches and a good cleaning - they work fine. Pella came for a $150 "consultation" and told us none of our windows are made any more, and none of the parts are available.

They have 3/8" spline with 11 teeth on both the cranks and the latches. I can find cranks online, but not latch handles. They just aren't making latches with handles that come off any more.

We also have some taller casement windows that close with a push bar, or long arm that attaches to the middle of the window rather than at the bottom like the shorter windows do. The arms are ok, but some are missing the little knob that holds it in place when closed.

Does anyone know where I can find these parts, or what can substitute?

Maybe CRL. They can refer you to a dealer.

Here is a link that might be useful: Casement Lock
