 o
problems with insulation around windows

I am in the process of replacing windows around my house. Windows are in and contractor has put insulation, jams and molding on around the windows from the inside before finishing the outside stucco. I am worried the insulation has been exposed to water from the outside during a heavy storm? Is it necessary for the insulation to be checked before finishing the stucco, which may require him to remove the molding? I did notice he he put tyvek around all but three windows while having them installed. should I be worried?
