Replacement windows in Pacific NW

Planning window replacement project in Seattle area in Washington, with ~12 windows to be replaced (currently single pane/aluminum).

I am looking to install higher-end vinyl windows. I've read through dozens of pages on this forum (and few others), and consensus is fairly clear on what brands/manufacturers constitute "high end". Unfortunately, it seems neither Okna, nor Sunrise or Soft-Lite are readily available in Washington. There are rumors Simonton might be available, but I am yet to confirm them.

Hence I'd welcome thoughts from experienced audience here:
1. Is it true Okna, Sunrise, Soft-Lite, HiMark dealer networks do not reach Pacific NW or I missed something?
2. If above is true, what would be the brands to consider in the "next tier". I can think of Simonton, what else? I know for sure Milgard, Andersen, Cascade, Jeld-Wen, Pella are available here.
3. Anyone knows of reputable window install specialists they can recommend in greater Seattle area?

Thanks in advance!

1. Can't speak for Soft-Lite or Sunrise but Okna and HiMark are not currently available in your region.

2. Simonton, Milgard, and Anlin seem to be well reviewed out on the West Coast.

3. Can't comment on that part but if you post up install details, we will help you sort through the contractors by evaluating their proposals.

I have heard good things about Comfort Design Inc (CDI) of Tacoma. Their Architecture series is very nice looking. Maybe someone can give feedback on their windows?
