Andersen 100 vs. Milgard tuscany

We are building a new home in SF bay area. I am wondering what window should we choose between Andersen 100 vs. Milgard Tuscany, we don't have any custom size windows, thus the 100 line has most windows we need, except patio slide door needs to be from 400 line.
