In our market, 70% are inserts (assuming you are still referring to a vinyl or metal window that has a complete frame removal as an insert frame).

If you are comparing just the numbers is wood window removals, 80% of ours are inserts.

85% are vinyl with the remaining 15% being split between fiberglass and wood.

I'd say about 90% are full window replacements. In my region inserts are considered the low budget solution, similiar to linoleum flooring and formica countertops.

Wood interiors and vinyl/fiberglass exteriors dominate.

I think it depends on the area and market you're selling to as well as the business model. We deal almost exclusively to high end clients.

60% Aluminum clad
30% All Wood
5% Fiberglass
5% Vinyl

It will definitely vary by business, region, etc as illustrated above. That said, if you look at the larger picture, vinyl replacements dominate the market share overall by a large margin.
I carry products of every material and the breakdown is pretty similar to WoW.
