| Hello....southern alabama location....single hung vinyl windows with low e.....most common size is 2'8" x 60".......PlyGem is basically $5,400 less than Andersen 200..........I would like to save the money. Your thoughts and input would be appreciated.

| If you are not adverse to vinyl vs. wood, you will never recover the additional expense of the Andersen 200's vs the PlyGems in energy savings. What the resale implications are depend on the location and real estate in the area. Vinyl is very acceptable these days. |
